PSYROB

User Agreement and Policies

These terms govern use of psyrob.com and the materials, project records, journal articles, downloads, and any related apps or dApps made available through the site (together, the “Site”).

The front end and the back end of psyrob.com are managed by Server Security Maldives Pvt Ltd, registration number C15812025, M. Sooraj Villa, Male’ City, Republic of Maldives (“we”, “us”, the operator). Privacy questions and legal notices go to info@psyrob.com.

Development partners that help the PSYROB project, and that may process technical or account data for the operator, are:

If you do not agree, do not use the Site, do not download a project, and do not connect a wallet.

1. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18, able to form a contract, and not barred by sanctions or the law of your country from using software of this kind. You are responsible for whether your use is legal where you are. We may refuse access if we believe a person is in a restricted jurisdiction, is on a sanctions list, or is misusing the Site.

The Site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

2. What the Site is, and what it is not

PSYROB is a development studio. The Site publishes studio information, project records, journal notes, and a contact route. It is not a bank, exchange, broker, custodian, investment adviser, or an offer of securities, tokens, or other financial instruments. Nothing on the Site is an invitation to buy or sell a token or to deposit funds with Server Security Maldives Pvt Ltd or its development partners.

Journal articles, project pages, and downloads are records and software materials at a stated date and stage. They are not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should take your own advice before relying on them.

3. Projects

A project page may show a name, identifier, version, stage, description, and a file. Stage labels such as Blueprint, Build, Test, Audit, or Live describe studio status. They are not a certificate of safety, completion, or regulatory approval.

A download is licensed to you only so you can read or evaluate it. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, you may not treat it as production infrastructure, resell it, or remove notices. Tests, hardware runs, and reviews reduce some technical risk. They do not remove defects, market risk, or the chance of loss. A review note on the Site is not a third-party audit certificate unless the page says that in writing.

Project materials may refer to wallets, chains, smart contracts, or real-world-asset designs. Those references are descriptive. The operator and its partners do not custody assets, hold private keys, or control third-party networks.

4. Apps, dApps, wallets, and smart contracts

If you open an app or dApp linked from the Site, you do so at your own risk. Wallet connection, where offered, is a session with software you choose. We will not ask for a seed phrase or private key. Do not send either. Anyone who asks for them is not us.

Smart contracts can fail, be misused, or behave as written in a way you did not expect. Chains can halt, reorganize, or charge fees. Oracles and bridges can be wrong. Tokens can lose value. You can lose the assets you sign for. Testing and auditing do not guarantee a safe outcome.

You are responsible for the wallet you use, the transaction you sign, and the law that applies to you, including the law of your country of residence.

5. Journal

Articles may be read and downloaded for personal reference. They can be wrong, incomplete, or overtaken by later work. Search covers title and summary. Authors are named on the article. Publication is not peer-reviewed certification unless an article says so.

6. Members

Registration, when open, asks for a wallet address, a username, and an email. Approval is manual and sits with the operator. We may refuse or withdraw approval. A member account is not an ownership right in PSYROB, in Server Security Maldives Pvt Ltd, or in any project.

7. Contact

The site has no contact form. Write to info@psyrob.com. Do not include secrets in email. Postal notices for the operator may be sent to M. Sooraj Villa, Male’ City, Republic of Maldives.

8. Acceptable use

You may not probe, disrupt, or overload the Site, submit unlawful or deceptive content, scrape in a way that degrades the service, impersonate PSYROB or the operator, or use the Site to distribute malware or to violate sanctions. We may remove material, block an address, or suspend access.

9. Intellectual property

The PSYROB name, mark, site text, and project files are owned by the operator or its licensors. You receive no assignment of those rights by visiting or downloading. Feedback you send may be used to operate and improve the studio’s work, without an obligation to pay you.

10. Third parties and development partners

Wallets, hosting, chains, and linked sites are outside our control. Their terms and privacy notices apply to your use of them. We are not liable for their outages, fee changes, or security failures.

Bit Server Maldives Pvt Ltd and Backend Developers Pvt Ltd help build and run the project. They act for the operator on technical work. They are not a second counterparty for a visitor’s use of the public Site, and they do not take custody of user assets.

11. Disclaimer

The Site and all projects, articles, and downloads are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, the operator and its development partners disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, that a file is free of defects, or that a contract or dApp is safe to deploy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Server Security Maldives Pvt Ltd, its development partners, and their people are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, lost data, lost tokens, or failed transactions, arising from the Site or a project. The operator’s total liability for a claim relating to the public Site is limited to one hundred US dollars, or the amount you paid the operator for the specific written engagement that claim concerns, whichever is greater.

Some countries do not allow certain exclusions. In those places, the exclusion applies only as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that limit is unlawful. Rights that EU, UK, or US law does not allow a contract to remove are not removed.

13. Indemnity

If you misuse the Site, breach these terms, or use a download or dApp in a way that harms a third party, you will cover the resulting claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs brought against the operator or a development partner, except to the extent they caused them by their own unlawful act.

14. Suspension and changes

We may change the Site, a project page, or these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after the new date means you accept the revised terms, except where the law requires a clearer notice. We may stop the Site.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. The courts of Male’ City have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory right you have to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence where that right cannot be waived. EU and UK consumers keep rights that local law does not allow a contract to remove. United States users keep rights that state law does not allow a contract to remove.

Please write to info@psyrob.com before starting a formal claim, so we can try to resolve it.

16. Privacy policy

This notice covers personal data collected through psyrob.com. The controller is Server Security Maldives Pvt Ltd, registration number C15812025, M. Sooraj Villa, Male’ City, Republic of Maldives. Contact: info@psyrob.com. No data protection officer has been appointed. The operator is established in the Maldives, not in the EU. If an EU representative is later required, that representative’s name and contact will be added here.

Processors that may handle technical or account data for the operator are Bit Server Maldives Pvt Ltd (C18882025, Fares Avah, Bulbulaage, GDh. Faresmaathodaa, Republic of Maldives) and Backend Developers Pvt Ltd (C15802025, M. Sooraj Villa, Male’ City, Republic of Maldives), plus the hosting provider used for psyrob.com.

We collect what you send us and a small amount of technical data needed to run the Site:

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not respond to browser “do not track” signals with a special tracker, because we do not run that kind of tracker. If data is stored or accessed outside your country, including in the Maldives or on the host’s servers, we rely on contractual limits with the processors named above.

We keep contact messages and member records for as long as the enquiry or account is open, and then for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required for a dispute. Security logs are kept for a shorter operational period.

If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, or a portable copy, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to your local supervisory authority. We aim to answer within one month.

If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to you, you may ask us to know, delete, or correct personal information, and you may not be discriminated against for asking. In the preceding 12 months we collect identifiers (email, wallet, network address), customer-record details you submit, and internet activity limited to server logs. We do not sell or share that information as those words are used in California law. Send requests to info@psyrob.com. We will take reasonable steps to verify the request.

Other countries may give you similar rights. Use the same email.

17. Entire agreement

These terms are the agreement for use of the Site. A paid build, audit, or other engagement is governed by its own written contract with the operator. If that contract conflicts with these terms, the written contract wins for that engagement.
